This website and the No Boolshit AI brand are operated by Tailoored Digital SRL (“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept these terms. Questions go to contact@tailoored.com.

The site publishes guides, describes our training courses, and runs the agent finder. All of it is general information for businesses. It is not legal, financial or other professional advice, and you remain responsible for the decisions you take in your own company.

The agent finder uses an AI model to hold the conversation and draft your brief. Its questions and wording can be wrong, and its workload figures are estimates built from the numbers you gave it. Treat a brief as a starting point for a decision, not as a guarantee of results or savings.

Do not enter customer records, credentials, sensitive personal data, or anything you are not allowed to share. Do not try to disrupt the tool, get around its limits, or use it for anything other than describing your own work.

Sending a course enquiry does not create a contract and does not commit you, or us, to anything. A training is booked only through a separate written agreement between your company and Tailoored Digital SRL, which sets out the scope, dates, price and cancellation terms. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.

The texts, course materials, logo and design of this site belong to Tailoored Digital SRL or are used with permission. You may read, share links to and quote from the guides with attribution. Do not republish them wholesale or sell them without asking us first. The brief the agent finder produces for you is yours to use as you like.

Some pages link to websites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from relying on the site’s content or on an agent finder brief. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Tailoored Digital SRL is registered, without affecting any mandatory protection you have under the law of your own country. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
